I’m honored you are here! I’ve been dancing since I was twelve and it’s my true calling and passion. I started dancing because I loved moving to music and how it made my body feel. As a dove into my professional career, I realized that dance, and the presence it requires, has the power to transform your spirit. It’s that freeing power, the alignment with one’s Self and Life, that I deeply care to share with you and the world.

Course FAQ

  • All classes can be done with the bare minimum. We dance in bare feet or socks with grips. (Sneakers are recommended for those with body sensitivities). For extra stability, you’ll use a wall or chair. For comfort, a mat or soft surface. To kick it up a notch, use 2-3 lbs ankle/wrist weights that can be secured. Hand held weights are also a great option.

  • Nope! Not at all! Just a willingness to move and give yourself a try. All moves are broken down and geared toward those who “don’t dance” but are ready to move.

  • If you are cleared to move from your doctor, you are free to join us. We celebrate your body, as it is, and the various states it may be in through a recovery process. You may choose to enjoy a meditation and/or a stretch class while you are in deep recovery.
