What’s Included

Weekly Dance Class

No dance experience necessary! Each week you’ll learn moves to an uplifting dance that pushes your body’s cardiovascular potential and releases pent up emotions. At the end of the month, you’ll be grooving to a whole song!

Weekly Barre Class

Strengthen your thighs, arms, glutes, and core; challenge each muscle group past comfortable, while bringing the utmost attention to your body so you move with care and love.

Monthly Meditative Stretch class

Embrace moving slowly in prolonged stretches while breathing deeply to bring awareness to the inner workings of your physical and mental body so you can move beyond limitations.

Weekly Guidance To inspire

Start each week with simple guidance on how to approach your movement practice and ways to carry the high you find in class into your everyday life. Receive curated classes to join, based on how your body is feeling, straight to your inbox.

Monthly Q&A

Have the opportunity to come together and ask any questions you have about your body, sensitivities, or life circumstances. It’s a safe space to deepen your practice and receive personalized guidance.

Monthly Bonus Classes

These are shorter classes, 10 - 30 minutes in length, that target specific needs - beginner classes, pre/post natal, balance work, cardiovascular training, deep dives on specific muscle groups, and meditations.

What To expecT

Join us for dance, barre, and meditative stretch classes that range from 10 - 45 minutes in length to adapt to your life. All classes are intended to help you live a more present life, while you have fun exercising your beautiful body for your optimal health.

  • Celebrate your body, as it is, and be amazed as your physical results simultaneously skyrocket. Yes, these classes will challenge your body - and you’ll learn to love that feeling and be prepared for an active life - no matter your age!

  • No two bodies are the same, and every day our body is different. Injuries, sensitivities, new beginnings, and recovery-processes are a part of life. Why not embrace them and learn how to move with them? Enjoy simple breakdowns of dance moves, strengthening exercises, and stretches so you know you are moving safely and optimally, with your body’s daily idiosyncrasies.

  • Each month you’ll learn a dance to a song you love. Each week, you’ll learn new moves so that by the end of the month you’ll be dancing your heart out - whether you have two left feet or not!

  • Coming together is essential to being human. Join other beautiful souls who wish to move their bodies in presence and live more awakened lives. Feel the power in a welcoming community with values that can have a positive impact on our world.

  • When you move with joy, rather than frustration at your body shape, your body responds favorably. Moving with presence in your workout, helps you eat with presence during your meals - rather than going on auto-pilot or eating too much, or not the best food, out of habit or emotional-crutches.

  • Enjoy less huffing and puffing doing daily physical activities. Stairs needn’t be something to dread, or have to recover from - at any age. Exercising your heart health is essential to aging with grace. Being able to physically take on more impact improves your ability to take more on your plate during your days without “losing it.”

  • Core strength is an essential component to being able to balance well. This means being able to get up with ease from a chair or the floor. Being able to walk, run, and play in all physical directions without being scared of falling. Finding balance physically often points to insights of where we can find balance in other areas of our lives.

  • When you bring more presence into your life there is less clouding it; it can work optimally. Plus, you’ll be playing mental sudoku with your beautiful body in three dimensional space every time you dance!

  • When you learn to move in presence, you learn the nature of your thoughts. When you learn the nature of your thoughts, you can start to see patterns - positive and negative trends, as well as thoughts that are typical to your personality and conditioning. Once you notice, you create space between True You and your ego (the belief that you are these thoughts). Then, the ego’s grip lessens, and more quiet, divine spaciousness, enters. Ahh, bliss!

  • When you take time to exercise your body, you in turn rest better too. Sleep quality and quantity both improve with regular exercise.

  • Whether you are using your own body weight, adding weights in certain exercises, or incorporating impact that is appropriate for you while dancing - you are helping maintain and improve your bone density.

  • You gain the ability to use challenging external situations or “problems” as opportunities for your benefit. You start to see the silver lining available to you in each circumstance.

  • Whether it’s your loved ones or those with differing beliefs from you (or both!) that get your insides heated, learn to separate your True Self from your mental position. Create space inside yourself before you skillfully respond, instead of spitting fire off your tongue and creating more hate and discord in your relationships.

  • Dancing is an incredible way to not take yourself so seriously! It is also an amazing way to learn to be in the moment - while you are active - which is a living example of how most of our days are structured. Being in the moment is simple. It is uncomplicated. Often when we are used to living life from our egos we are over-scheduled, exhausted, and stressed - and we may even oddly enjoy that chaos. When more presence starts shining into your days, an ease come with it. Welcome it!

FAQs

  • All classes can be done with the bare minimum. We dance in bare feet or socks with grips. (Sneakers are recommended for those with body sensitivities). For extra stability, you’ll use a wall or chair. For comfort, a mat or soft surface. To kick it up a notch, use 2-3 lbs ankle/wrist weights that can be secured. Hand held weights are also a great option.

  • Nope! Not at all! Just a willingness to move and give yourself a try. All moves are broken down and meet the abilities and needs of those in the room.

  • Yes! We all have varying schedules but we all deserve to carve out time for our bodies and mental wellbeing. Doing a recorded class does not limit your ability to ask questions and receive guidance.

  • Absolutely! I host live in-person events. Joining virtually allows you to experience the repertoire of dances and movements more fully for an even richer experience in person!

  • If you are cleared to move from your doctor, you are free to join us. We celebrate your body, as it is, and the various states it may be in through a recovery process. You may choose to enjoy the meditations, and/or stretch classes available while you are in deep recovery.

  • If you are cleared from your doctor to exercise, you are free to join us! Dancing, strengthening, and stretching are all wonderful and safe to do while pregnant. You will be given modifications to accommodate your body as it is right now.
