Join us for an uplifting dance wellness experience designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and fill your heart with joy during the busy holiday season.
Together, we’ll move through a grounding meditation, build strength and presence with barre, express ourselves freely through dance, and unwind with soothing stretches. You’ll also set simple, meaningful wellness intentions to carry into the holidays and the new year.
We’ll be learning easy, empowering choreography to “Freedom!” by George Michael—an invitation to move with joy and embody your most free, radiant self. Plus, enjoy a special surprise dance performance!
All are welcome—no dance experience needed. Just bring your open heart and a willingness to move.
