This joyful, interactive class invites you and your littles into a playful space where dance becomes a language of connection. Using music, simple follow-along choreography, rhythm games, strengthening techniques, and gentle stretching, this class helps both you and your child slow down, tune into each other, have fun, and enjoy quality presence through movement. During the duration of class, a simple and fun choreographed dance will be learned that can be enjoyed by all. The focus, intention, and guidance of class will be to carry this presence, light-heartedness, and connection into your households and daily lives.

You are welcome to wear your child in a carrier, or if they are a confident walker they can move alongside you. This is suitable for children ages 0 - 3. No dance experience needed for anyone! Just a willingness to move!

What you need to know and bring

• Arrive up to 10 minutes early to say hello and get settled with other families

• Class is in grip socks or bare feet for both caregiver and child

• Bring water for each of you — you’ll both be moving

• Optional: a mat for end-of-class stretches and strength work

• If your child can’t walk confidently, bring a wearable carrier so you can dance together
