Dance To Honor Your Story

Rachel is a special woman (and an incredible mother!). She came to me because she wanted to dance again - she used to do it when she was young and it was always a place of true joy and self-expression. Life got busy, she got older, and her days dancing came to a close. Not because she wanted them to, but because life seemed to get in the way.

She wanted a dance to honor a younger version of herself, and represent all the growth she has recently been through that has lead her to a husband she loves and a beautiful little girl.

She wanted to have fun in the studio, and even do moves that pushed her physical limits and took her body in direction that amazed her again.

We are still in rehearsals for this dance, but being in the studio together has felt truly inspiring. Here’s a short snippet of our experience, thus far. Stay tuned for more!
